Debenhams Flowers*

I think sometimes we all need something to cheer us up, especially around times of serious sadness (ahem results day), so when I received a beautiful flower delivery the day after results day it definitely brightened up my week.

Debenhams sent the beautiful Cornish Rose Bouquet* to me and they are honestly so beautiful. As we all know, pink is my favourite colour so the different shades of pinks and oranges from the hydrangeas and the esperance roses are a great addition to any room.

The scent of them, up close is fresh and uplifting although the scent isn't strong in the room which means that you can have them on your kitchen windowsill and not have your spaghetti bolognese smell like a summer's day. It's a win win situation.

Debenhams also have a 7 Day Freshness Guarantee so if they don't stay beautiful for atleast 7 days then you can get your money back, that being said it's been 6 days and my flowers don't look like they will drop anytime soon.

You can get your flowers sent by post, flowers with chocolates and next day flowers so Debenhams are a place that would suit all flower related needs!

If you use the code: DFBLOG25 you can get 25% off a bouquet of your choice! This excludes Flowers By Post however, there are soooo many other beautiful ones like this one.

Do you like these flowers?
Do you often buy yourself flowers? There's nothing wrong with it!

Autumn Winter Wishlist

Right now, as I'm scrolling through the #fbloggers on Twitter, I am feeeeeling the autumn and winter vibes. We can all agree that the weather in the U.K is rubbish at the moment so the thought of this weather for the next 6 months actually makes me more excited than it should do, for someone who is a total summer bird. Why is that? My life will be different this A/W, I'll be in sixth form and I won't have to walk the dog in freeeeezing conditions everyday.

I thought I would comply a wishlist for the upcoming season to sprinkle your life with a little bit of autumn, christmas and (ofcourse) my birthday vibes.

What is your favourite item? Are you excited for A/W?

Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff

Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff

I believe (it's a known fact) that I look 10x better with a tan and when you're the only one in your family who doesn't tan easily, you tend to turn to fake tan. However, if you follow me on Twitter than you know that my fake tan game is nowhere near as strong as my eyebrow game.
I've basically had many a fake tan disaster so when my fairy Godmother (Molly) suggested I buy this, I knew that it would be wonderful.

Cocoa Brown Tough Stuff

First off, I love that it's pink. There, my shallowness is out of the way. Molly described it as being great as it has different sized beads that scrub away the tan, which it completely does.
It has smaller beads with just grit (yep, that's a verb now) away at your tan and the bigger beads which buff it out. Obviously a terrible description but you get the gist.

I like to use this before I tan, focusing especially on my knees, elbows, ankles and places with patchy old tan.

My friend actually texted me while I was taking these photos and asked me about the scrub that gets rid of old tan so you know it must be good.

It's also dirt cheap being only £5.99 and from Superdrug

I am in love with it and it smells delicious. Though if you use it in the bath, you'll have to rinse the bath afterwards.
Have you tried this product?

Milani Baked Bronzer in Glow

It's been forever since I've even thought about beauty on the blog. However summer has come around and I am lacking in the tan department, so bronzer is my go to product these days.

I bought this product when I was in America last year on a whim and I love it a lot a lot.
Milani Baked Bronzer Glow

First of all, I love the packaging of this, the lid doesn't come off easily in my bag and as it's baked it's a nice dome shape.

It came with a brush (where the mirror is) but as you can imagine, it was absolutely useless so I threw it away. Again, the mirror is a bit rubbish because this isn't the kind of product that you can apply with such a tiny mirror.

Milani Baked Bronzer Glow

Unfortunately, this isn't the kind of product that I can use like a normal bronzer, because it's got so much of a shimmer in I can't use it along my hair line and my chin. However, because it has a shimmer in it kinda acts as a highlighter on my cheekbones aswell so it's a nice compromise.

When I use blush with this product, it kinda has to be cream otherwise I'll just look very very silly and glittery.

I do really like this product and I have managed to track it down on Amazon here for £5.39

Have you tried anything from Milani?

It's Over

Everyone was getting emotional on our last day and, for the first time ever, I didn't cry. I didn't get emosh (that's my new word, I used to use it sarcastically but now I use it all the time). Honestly I'm not sure why I didn't.
I don't have my exact plans for next year, I may stay but I may move 60 miles away so in theory I should be upset.

But I'm not.

I love to death all of my friends that I've made in the past five years and the fact that they have each given me so many amazing memories, so I will miss them.
Enough to be upset? Ofcourse.

However, I know that if I care about them, I will see them again.
If I don't make an effort to see them again, then I obviously don't care enough to cry over them.

It feels like it's an end of an era that included skiving lessons, singing high school musical in lessons and just SO much fun.

School has been an amazing part of my life and I don't think I will ever regret anything.
Although saying that, I'm so ready for the summer and I am so ready for what my life is going to bring me.

Bring it on. I'm ready.
